Allied sells a limited stock. They are a nice part. There is also a distributor
in Texas that I forget the name of.
The part's internal inductance is so low that they can be used as current sense
resistors to low VHF (with great
care!)
On the sample front, you never know until you try. You should call them to get
the Texas distributor's name
anyhow.
