Delrin has too much D-factor.  Teflon has a good D-factor but lacks 
stiffness.  Fiberglass-filled Teflon might be ok.  G-10 and G-11 
epoxy-fiberglas tubing make excellent - but uncheap - coil forms for 
HV-RFCs.   Plastifab,1425 Palomares, La Verne, CA  91750  818 967 9376.
