I wonder what the flash point of Teflon is?
My wife has had many cooking disastors with Teflon pots
and skillets, and is still alive and well. I would think that if
a choke fire occurred with a Teflon choke that the wire
would be gone long before the Teflon reached ignition
temprature. Then the ignition source would be gone.
