Rich insists,
"For this application, Type 61 ferrite is rated by the manufacturer at
10MHz max. Using type 61 (mu=c.125) material at 14MHz, sinewave
distortion can easily be seen on an oscilloscope. Type 43 ferrite is
rated at 50MHz."
I know we've gone thru this before, but my Amidon catalog lists 61
ferrite used in (low Q) BROAD BAND transmission line transformer service
good to 200 mHz. A la, most every balun and un-un on the market.
