Hi Jim,

It's going to take someone with common sense, some experience 
and the right test equipment to ensure your amplifier gets fixed 
properly. 
Stay away from the hacks...
There's a reason why the amplifier failed. The experience pays off 
when the technical person can tell you why it went bang.

I am looking for someone who can fix my kenwood TL922 that is anywhere =
within 100 miles or so of marinette wis.
I don't really want to send it UPS to be fixed [ could be expensive or =
damaged in shipping ] ..=20
 Something went wrong while trying to tune up on the wrong band.
I now have high swr on all bands and little or no output. Found a few =
suspect caps. and a shorted Z diode and replaced, but no results as of =
yet. I may be in over my head a bit. Two fellow hams who are better at =
these things than I have been at it for weeks and we all are at a dead =
end... PLEASE HELP!!=20
