These are full out and work just fine. Please don't ask me about filament
time and the color or the tubes as I have no idea since they are boxed up
and put away. I used these a few months ago to verify emisssion and they are
definitely full out, or about 1350 out of my SB-220 with 95 watts of drive
on 80 through 20 meters. Will double box and insure to your door for $175.00
