I purchased one of the first QRO HF2500DX amplifiers. I did run into =
some problems with the amplifier and when I contacted QRO. I spoke with =
Ray, about the problems I was having. Ray stated that the amplifier =
would have to go back to the factory for repair and Ray gave me his UPS =
account number and had me ship the amplifier back to him next day on his =
account.

The amplifier was also returned to me next day from UPS. I ran it for a =
week and still didn't feel it was just right. When I called Ray he told =
me that he was going to make it right or I was going to get my money =
refunded. I told Ray that I didn't want my money back, I just wanted the =
amplifier to be right.=20

At that point Ray shipped me a new amplifier and he had me ship the old =
one back to him. The replacement amplifier was perfect and worked =
flawlessly.

I found the service from QRO to be outstanding and I will buy from them =
again. Over the years I have owned just about every type of amplifier =
that is out there and no one has ever given me warranty service the way =
QRO did.

Just a satisfied customer.
