Reading from page 5 in my Henry 3K/8K Ultra manual, it says:
"The 8K Ultra uses a single Eimac 3CX3000A7 tube offering
11-13 DB of power gain which will deliver 3500 watts PEP in SSB
service and 2500 watts in CW mode. It is not available in the
United States for Amateur Service use."
