Boy, you can say that again!!!! Better circuit, indeed.
Unfortunately, I have been retained to rebuild one that has been
crispy-crittered.
There is very little room to work with in such a small box. Also, the
application
calls for a totally external unit with no connections to the radio other than
A.C. mains.
