I have a question - when you say all you tubes are 100 % tested before you
ship them - does it mean they are actually not new as they have been taken
out of the original boxes, high voltage has been applied to the tubes etc
etc with all the consequences on the cosmetics/electrics of the tubes ?
Just curious.
