Hi Bob,
Relays are probably the easiest. There will be some rather large
(circulating) currents to pass. Also, some rather hi voltages (3KV pk)
will be extant in at least one portion of the output structure.
And while technical decadence, not cost effectiveness, is the paradigm
for this project PINs would reallllllly upset the budget!!
