Tank efficiency is roughly (1-Ql/Qu) * 100
For an unloaded Qu of 250 and loaded Ql of 10, efficiency is 96%
For an unloaded Qu of 250 and loaded Ql of 20, efficiency is 92%
Loss roughly doubles from 4% to 8%, but some of the loss is not
in the tank.
