[AMPS] Max-con, magic antenna box info requested

Skipp, I think the "magic" in that thing came from a swamping resistor or
swamping network across the terminals.  I recall the main and only selling
feature of that thing was "low swr across any band with any length antenna"
or some such thing.  This descibes a dummy load fairly well.
