[AMPS] new to Amps

Hello,

    I have recently acquired a new Ameritron 811H amplifier.  Following
the tuning instructions as best I can, I don't see a very significant
Dip on the meter.  Is the Dip that is always talked about supposed to be
very deep or just slight enough to spot?
