Running high power with high SWR on coaxial transmission line is not bad
engineering practice provided the voltage peaks do not exceed the rating of
the dielectric.  If everything is kept within the specified limits, it
doesn't matter.  The disadvantage to running high SWR is added loss, but at
80m, that hardly matters.
