There is probably a spec for conductivity of the cooling water. As long as=

the conductivity is checked and maintained within spec, there probably=20
isn't any need to change the water at all. There may be an in-line or=20
side-stream filter in the system to remove particulate metal oxides that=20
are gradually generated.
