Hello,
I just acquired a Heathkit SB-220 Amplifier that uses a pair of 3-500Z Tubes.
The specification and manual do not indicate what the maximum allowable Plate
and Grid Current can be. The specification from Eimac indicates 500 ma per tube
which would be a total of 1 amp for a pair.What can I run without damaging the
amplifier ( or what should i avoid is the real question ??)
Can anyone help me with these numbers ??
