Has anyone attempted a conversion of an Alpha 374 to the GU74B/4CX800A
tube - I have a 374 with fried finals and cannot justify investing in three
Eimac tubes for it! I can almopst buy another linear for what the three
tubes would cost...it is the old question of throwing good money at bad....

Anyone want to tak this off my hands so I can re-invest in another linear?
Ideally I am looking for a linear that covers HF 10 -160, would love to find
somehting that uses the GU74B's in a local pawn shop :-)
