Sorry, Terry! I've never lived in Bakersfield!
Here in L.A., there are a plethora of resources for aluminum anodizing, and
none that I know have any minimum order or anything...just walk in and hand
them the stuff (which I've done dozens of times):

K&L Anodizing in L.A.: 800-497-5569
J&M Anodizing in Burbank: 818-842-5149
Technical Metal Finishing in Burbank: 818-954-9504
Problem is, from Bakersfield it's not so easy to "just walk in" to shops in
the San Fernando Valley! If you visit this area (as most do, sometimes),
bring the parts with you. My experience has been I can drop stuff off one
day and pretty much pick them up the following day, or the day after that.
