[Amps] relative value of a Henry 4K

Hi,

I was wondering what the relative value of a Henry 4K 
with a bad power supply would be worth. 

I've come across one and all anyone knows is that it's 
smoked but the PS seems to be the best culprit due to 
the smoke & odor when it went bad (I wasn't there to 
experience the fall for myself).

Also, what's the expected output from a 4K with 90 
watts drive?
