        [Steve Katz]  They'll all be uA or mA meters, unless there's already
a shunt or multiplier resistor inside the meter case.  I use a VOM, start
with a high resistance range and dial it down to lower ranges, haven't blown
a meter winding yet. -WB2WIK/6
