Jeff if right... Ebay is jammed with people selling Russian 
made parts, which include tubes... as you might already 
know.

Some encouraging words...    I've dealt with many of 
the dealers you see on Ebay. Most all the deals have 
been completed as fast/well as any "local US sale." 
Their Feedback is a good indicator how you can 
expect things to happen....

It's worth mentioning some good words to and 
about the various sellers going out of their way to 
drum up business. My last large tube/parts purchases 
from Gintares in Lithuania worked out very well.

The local West Sacramento, CA., UPS Terminal 
does a better job of crushing inbound items, than 
the foreign mail services could ever do.
