[Amps] Collins 30S-1 Solid State Rectifiers

Paul, solid State replacements for 3B28s are a pretty common item.  I 
used them in my 30S1 and my Thunderbolt.  Try the guys on the Collins 
mailing list  or maybe K2AW's Silicon Alley.  Have you tried a search on 
the web?
