[Amps] Communications Quarterly CD-ROM

Greetings All,

The ARRL has just prepared a CD-ROM of all the issues of the Communications 
Quarterly from 1990-1999. It will search by title and author, select 
specific year and issue, and permit browsing of individual articles and 
columns.  The system requirements are relatively benign, with exception 
that it will not run on W3.1and the price is $39.95.
