| The special 8-pin din plug, which has a HORSE SHOE, not ROUND pin configuration is available from Ack Electronics in Atlanta, GA for about $5 each. I have several here but would only want to part with one if you can't get one through Ack. I would not suggest "jamming" a regular 8 pin DIN in that jack. The correct plug is readily available and you will possibly ruin the recepticle on the back of that expensive transceiver.
