In general, larger fans run at lower RPMs are the quietest.

You can outboard a larger fan and run the air through a length of
ducting, flexible or solid as long as it is a "squirrel cage" type blower
and not a fan.

So, you could look for a substantially larger blower and reduce the
RPMs, maintaining the CFM and the pressure, while reducing the
noise quite substantially.

Of course, depending upon the construction of the unit, you might
even consider changing the motor to a DC type and controlling the
speed of the blower that way - you could even put a temperature
sensor on the tube and increase the voltage to the motor in proportion
to the temp... or just buy one that is designed that way, or one that
is already dual speed, or one that uses and external motor and is
driven via a belt and pulleys... etc...

In the USA, blowers are rather easy to locate being sold as surplus...
