[Amps] Hi-Pot Tester

Hello All

Do any of you have a Hi-Pot tester your not using and would like to sell it, 
something that will test up to 15Kv. homebrew ok, save me the hassle of looking 
for the parts to build one.
I have a few vacuum capacitors laying around here i would like to test please
