Switchcraft is the OEM and as of two years ago, they were still
manufacturing the switch bank and lens caps.
A couple years ago, I asked for (nicely) and received, a "vendor sample" of
a dozen lens caps...free of charge direct from Switchcraft. If that doesn't
work, you can purchase them from Newark Electronics...subject to their
minimum-order policy.
