Did you look up the relay in the manual? Sometimes, the mfg. and number of
the part
is listed if not made by the amp maker.

There are several sources for vacuum relays at not-so-bad prices. Allan
Bond, Fair
Radio Sales, and E-Bay, to name a few. My guess is that the relay is a
Jennings or
Kilovac. Go ahead and call Ten-Tec to get a price, and try to get make and
model
from them. (This shouldn't cost you anything) This will establish a base
from which
to shop for the right relay at the best price.

Like fuses, most relay failures are from outside causes. To avoid welding
another
relay, a cause of the failure of the first one is certainly in order. Was
the failure electronic
in nature,  an act of God, or operator error?
