Ah , ah ,
these voltages are looking like you are building a QBL5-3500 amplifier... 
In mine , I am using a classical PSU , choke input with a bleeder , no 
regulation . I have always been greated for the excellent quality of my 
transmissions , friends ( and they remained) were able to listen EME 
stations 10Khz away from my 2m QRG , so no need for a regulator.
