[Amps] Amps: 6KD6's in a FL2000 amp. ??????

I think I started all of this with the ' tubeless fldx-2000'  My Yaesu 
linear FLDX-2000 has four(4) 6KD6's. Its sitting right here in from of me.
Yaesu has produced a large variety of amps....just to name a 
few:FL-1000, FL-2000B,  FL-2100B, FL-2100F, FL-2100Z, FL-2500, FL-7000 
edtc, etc. 
AS far as I know only the first models had 4 swep tubes  in them, the 
fl-1000 and (mine) FLDX-2000.
I might be wrong ..not an expert. Maybe someone can correct me.
