Any drawings, schematics, and pictures of the finished amp would make one Jim Dandy webpage. snip Will MatneySounds like a great idea. I would like to see a "newsletter" or something similar to some of the QRP publications. Keeping it web or email based would keep it cheap. How about a QRO club?? Something with some good "how-to" info and construction articles would help draw in a lot of new folks. Anyone want to start an "amps 101" class? hi hi. 73 Dan K9ZF /R no budget Rover ***QRP-l #1269 Check out the Rover Resource Page at: http://www.qsl.net/n9rla List Administrator for: InHam+grid-loc+ham-books _______________________________________________ I would love to see something like this, I would like to get the basics of amp design and construction. When I was in High school I found an old book in the school library on building radios and transmitters. It went though the different parts of the radio one by one and when you got it all built you had a working tube type radio. I built a simple receiver that looked like junk ( I didn't have the tools or knowledge to build the case) but it worked just fine. I wished there was a source like that for amps. 73 Rick KC5AJX
