Mike,
I canned the tabled links idea and will add a buttoned menu. That was done really to improve the looks. But, I'm waiting to see how many will be wanting to do this.

The copyright is for the folks on here to hold it. Anyone on this mailer who wants it besides myself, that may run, work on, or host it, is welcome to it. I'd hate to put in all the work and see it end up on a website any of us wouldn't want it to be. I would be glad to change the copyright name to any amateur operator on here. That's a huge amount of hard work to see it used for purposes than what any on here would want? I'll add a paragraph to the pages to clarify this. According to what I was taught on authoring websites, a copyright is a must, no matter the situation. If not, any work, you, I, or others do could just be copied by "everyone" and used for any purpose they want. I wouldn't put it past some groups to copy everything and put it up for sell in a book! I think it would be better to leave the copyright, under whoevers name, and add the statement that the information is free to any amateur operator to do with what they wish except publish it for profit, and or anyone use it for illegal purposes. That will also take some of the liability off the hosts back.

I will be adding a High Voltage Warning page to the pages too. That would be needed for any liability, and hold the host harmless.

If anyone else would rather do this, let me know and I'll zip up the complete work and send it to them. They can then modify it to however they would like, being they're a member of this mailer and or an amateur.

Will,

Here are my comments:

1. I see no need to have a two column Table of Contents. Eliminate LINK TO
PAGE and simply hyperlink the TOPICs.

2. Why are you copyrighting material provided by others? Your detailed
copyright might deter people from submitting material to you. You might
consider adding a copyright to the individual items people submit. Ex.
Copyright C 2004 Michael Dinelli, N9BOR. All rights reserved. Alternately,
leave it up to the individual submitter as to whether there should be a
copyright notice.

I re-read what I wrote after a post from Marv, and at the end, it did not come out right. Quote; "Any comments would be welcome, and please not anything to add or take away". I meant that I would appreciate any comments to add or change. Why I worded that the way I did, I have no idea. Anyhow, anyone, feel free to critique the layout or anything that needs fixing. I appreciate it.

Hi Will, There used to be a website run by W7IUV, associated with the AMPS reflector, that displayed a number of interesting photos of homebrew amps. Then, one day it disappeared.

It may still be viewed at:
http://web.archive.org/web/20020124061234/http://www.angenent.org/W7IUV/a
mp-pix.htm

Putting those pictures back in circulation would give your photos page
a good start.

Hello,
Today, while I had some time, I set down and made a sample website
for
use with a QRO place for technical and homebrew stuff. This website
can
be used as a template and is available to anyone who might want it.
I
uploaded it to freewebs for now and may try to find room for it
later on
a paid site, after the 3rd. Any comments would be welcome, and
please
not anything to add or take away.
