I might depend on what's happening to cause the oscillation. A high pass
filter from the plate to a load will dampen things if the problem occurs
where the plate sees a high impedance but will do little if oscillation is
happening because of a series resonance from plate to deck - that's when the
usual supressor design works.
The down side is that you end up adding to the minimum shunt C at the plate,
which can mess up operation on 10/12m.
In some situations it will be the perfect solution, but without the gear to
measure what's really happening in a particular amplifier, any solution is
shooting in the dark.
