Just ran across an RCA module in the junk box and was curious what the specs are. It is a black plastic block about 2.5 inches long with a heat-sink- mounting ear on each end. Probably 1 inch wide and 3/8 inch thick. Four leads at one end and three at the other end. Tried to google it and also go to the RCA site with no luck. Part of the marking seems to be obliterated. But it says RCA, then on the next line it says 37231 (the 1 is questionable) and then it is completely smudged. The third line says 7442 (might be the date code) and then P and three numbers that are mostly obliterated. But it might be P527, only the very bottom part is showing. Just curious if it might be useful. Probably something like a 10 watt VHF or UHF gain block would be my guess. Anyone have any ideas of what it is and what the pin out might be? Thanks -- John W0UN
