ABS is also a styrene. It has a low D-factor. It is available in plastic supply storesm in clear and black.

Solution of pure polystyrene in solvents. Dries fast and leaves a clear,
protective coating on toroids, coils and transformers, with no or minimal
effect on inductive values. May also be used as a cement for molded or
fabricated items made of polystyrene.
