dunno I guess so but I would think they would have to stay to their own policy. 
Hard to think they would start a repacking service. Infact I have never been in 
a UPS terminal that had more then their standard boxes and a roll of tape. 
Around here their is no way they would allow an employee to put them 9UOS) in 
the middle they enjoy being "not responsible" Now in todays settings I woud say 
take it to MBE as they are owned and now called UPS Stores let them pack it and 
then THEY would have to honor it. Like all insurance it is pure 100% profit for 
them they hate to pay out
