Augusto -- The safest screen supply for a 4cx250B is a shunt regulator
that is fed through a large dropping resistor from the +2kV anode
supply. The shunt regulator can either be a string of 20v to 30v, 5w
zeners mounted on a perf board or it can be a power FET shunt
regulator.

At 432 MHz, typical screen current is -2 to +2 mA.

In an indirectly heated cathode type tube, this is called a heater. In
a directly heated type tube, this is called a filament.
