[Amps] vacuum variable help sought

Hi,

I have a pair of Jennings UCSLPA-750 vacuum variable capacitors.  
They don't have the "puller" mechanisms, and they don't seem to 
accept any pullers that I've got (from a UCS-300, for instance.)  Can 
anyone point me to a drawing or photo that shows how to make one of 
these capacitors work?  

I'll try Jennings, of course.
