Usually this means that you have first choices of either 208 V or 240 V by
connecting
between 0 and 208 or 0 and 240.
If you need to use non-standard line voltages, you can connect to -10 and 240 V
to get 230 V, and
+ 10 and 240 to get 250 V, or to -10 and 208 to get 198 V and + 10 and 208 to
get 218 V.
Mostly I have seen these kinds of markings on British made transformers.
