It will not open right in Windows either. However like you said, it's readable. 
I tried to open it in my HTML editor to clean it up and it crashed the machine. 
There's something odd about it's screen width of being to wide with no content. 
What they used to produce this, I don't know but something in the HTML is not 
correct, maybe in the tables.

One manual I am looking for that I dont have is one for option 031 (1.3 GHz 
option) for the 5328A counter. The list didn't have it. I have most all the 
rest now in PDF from Bama.
