I have a couple of the E-I lamination transformers used in
the Alpha 76 and Alpha 78 for sale if anyone is interested.
These are the stock (1500 watt) transformers and NOT the
Hipersil (2400 watt) transformers. Not only can they be used
for a spare for an old Alpha they could also be used for a
homebrew supply for a pair of 8874s/3CX400A7s at HF or VHF
or equivalent.
I also have a couple of extra Alpha 86 transformers
that could be used as spares for the Alpha or for the
basis of a homebrew supply for a pair of 3CX800A7s or
equivalent. These are the Hipersil transformers.
Both the 76/78 and 86 transformers are unused, old Alpha
parts. I will test them and guarantee them. Contact me
off-reflector for more information. Note -- the 86 transformer
is NOT the same as used in the 87A and 89. And I have
no spares for the 87A/89 transformer.
I haven't set an exact price but it will be a good price -- just
that I will have to do some work to test and pack/ship them.
Didn't bother to do the testing until after I find out if there is
any interest.

them to a "classifieds" reflector.
