On a center tapped secondary plate transformer I have here there's three
2200pF 6Kv ceramic disc caps in parallel = 6600pF that are in series with
three series 1K resistors = 3K between the center tap and each leg of the
secondary terminals. I haven't seen this circuit in use and I am unclear as
to it's purpose.
