I have acquired a SWAN 700CX. It is now working (I think). The previous
owner converted the 8950 finals to the 6LB6. The plate dissipation on the
8950 is 33 watts at 800 volts. The plate dissipation on the 6LB6 is 30 watts
at 900 volts. Using a peak reading bird I see max 220 watts out. Others
using the 8950 say they get 350 watts out. Is any one out there familiar
with this mod and tell me if what I am seeing is correct and expected.
