curious on this subject...
what would it take to do a electronic(no moving parts) bandswitch??
Remember the varactor? I had a heathkit gr-2000 tv with varactor tuning..
Anyone know or make some high voltage-hi current non moving switch?
If so, I have never seen one and If I have I didnt know it LOL
too much circuitry to replace the reach up and turn bandswitch..
lastnight I took 2, model 88's apart cleaned them and an making
one good one out of em...
