Oren Elliot uses this kind of material on their roller inductors and air 
variable capacitors. They will sell 1 part or 1000. You would need to contact 
someone there and discuss what you need. You might check out some of their 
designs on their website and see something usable from an assembly they already 
make. They use wipers like this on both the above mentioned parts.
