I found a source that is making what's known as a RiveDrill, and a NutDrill.
They are attachments that you place on the end of a hand drill using a 3/8"
collet. The companies are in the UK and Spain, but a few of the RiveDrills are
coming up on ebay. The UK manufacturer doesn't list them on the website that I
could find though. If anyone knows a NutDrill distributor in the US, please let
me know as I'm interested.
