... who experience arcing and circuit-breakers opening might want to  
inspect the solder lugs atop the anode connectors.  If the lugs are  
bent upward instead of flat, arcs to the perforated cover are  
possible.  If this has happened, arc marks may be found on the  
underside of the perforated cover.
