Typically with a pair of 3-500Z's operated with a simple Pi network on 6 meters the tune capacitor value at resonance would be about 10-15PF and the load would be about 150PF or so. I don't recall what these values are with a single 3-500Z. Wonder what type of input circuit you are using?
