I figure that when you get down to 3.5MHz that probably isn't the 
case. I'm a bit tied up for the next week or so, but when I have 
time, I'll do a plot of R + jX (actually G + jB) against frequency 
for the solenoid choke that I have -  mounted in a PA,. too.
